Awe-In-One pick

get a few friends together to buy them lo, if you play regularly tend to wear out pretty fast and i seem to lose them quite often haha.

Hey Goose, nxt time if i get another batch pass u some more!

bro blueark broooo... plastics is always cheap but the initial cost of design and fabrication of the molds are ex lor!

Are there still injection molding companies in SG? I thought all of em went off to China already. SG used to be the hub of all those hi tech molding companies. Almost went into this line.

He just owns a small factory in kallang with a couple of machines. 70% of their work is recycling old plastic and selling the raw recycled to companies overseas. He told me about the awe-in-one thing when we were chatting the other day.

Heh goose, i'll ask him again but he's the type of guy that doesn't keep these things in mind. I haven't been to your place in ages! lol

^ Nope. I never said it was "bad" and I never claimed to be able to do better.

I'm sure you appreciate the little bit of extra tone that it gives you for the price asked, but I'm reflecting my own sentiment as a consumer who has a simpler philosophy when it comes to pick choice. ;)

The psycho works. Believe it or not... you can hear it... and you'll feel it (duh).

Kinda scary in price and size but yeah... its an experience.

The Awe-in-Ones wear too fast for me, I got a little annoyed at the wear-age.

Definitely scared the hell out of me, hence my initial reaction to it

I had no doubts about what it can give. I'm sure those who buys it obviously knows what it can do, considering that their experience in guitar would far outweigh my own.

It's just the price.

Eh cow...if you like articulation and clarity for fast speedy lead breaks and arpeggios... try the shredder man.....

awe in one picks was one of my few sponsors for strum for charity event. they gave out quite a lot of 'not-in-the-market-yet' picks. i got one of them. its pretty smart on how they fit a lot of picks into one. great job awe in one!!

There it comes ...the "smart ass" remarks...

You seem to talk too much for a person with a simple mind !!

Dan Enterprise had ordered some 200 gift packs aweinone picks. 3 per small tin which had a small photo of Dan during his hey days in RG ... (like real ...). he gave them out to all his guitar repair customers.

I tried em and while I guess some ppl would luve em, being a man who leans on old familiar ways I will continue to use my fav Jim Dunlop nylons..

One man's meat, another man's poison.

Man, when you have a $20 pick - chances are, you wouldn't lose it lah... You don't lose your ATM cards, EZ link cards, etc etc. Just treat the pick like gold! Hehe.

Anyway, I've mentioned it before, that psycho actually can be a tool for improving technique. It forces you to pick properly or else you just end up hitting every other string. It also forces you to relax if you want any form of dynamics to come thru - its so thick and big that it hits the strings very hard.
The end result is you actually have more accurate picking + you end up having a very light touch.

heh, so let there be music and less guitar talk!
