i wouldn't advise trying with a bass. cos a bass is far too heavy...
unless u get to swing it super hard, beyond natural strength.
Otherwise, as mentioned, it'll drop on your back half way.
Try moving your body more with it, if you're game enough to try.

They slowed it down and had changed it vocal chords to become more melodic. But the new stuff is good. Come close, its far better to learn, some sense of security.
