AMT Pedals

how heavy does the rammstein and metalizer get....to play pantera kinda stuff...insanely heavy stuff...
vs metalzone??

dude check out their sound samples

i'm right now itching for a metalizer

YOU'RE MINE :D

i'll give it a go when i go setup my guitar *waves at beez

ya man the astral ..got thick od tone...very nice..
i do hope davis bring in...now hav to be contented with the fatal tube.. :(

Looks like theres a lot of great sounding AMT pedals. All the samples sound impressive. I want to play stuff frm blues, metal to soaring leads.... So which is the "one"

blues, metal, and soaring leads?

thats a bit the large range ah.

but get the METALLIZER :D

no biasedness here, really :D

can't wait to go down and give it a shot

WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

The AMT pedals that I've tried are mostly noisy but it could be the guitar or the amp I plug it into.

The sansamp copy one is interesting though.

hahaha... no lah.... whatever that works for you works.

Just that I was very curious about these strange looking wedges and didn't care for the background hiss when I plugged em in.

fatal tube, i max the gain knob and 'add till comfortable' on the drive knob. the contour knob around 2 o'clock works for me.

yet to test the new Du-Hast (new n improved Rammstein), i use the old Rammstein for metal rhythm. nice 1 trick wonder pedal without that nasal tone.

I read that California is made to sound like Mesa Boogie. Any idea which amp, Fatal tube or any other pedal is modelled to sound like?

there was a nite, the JCM800 power tubes died on me. (club didnt have spares), so whilst waiting for a replacement JCM2000 head to arrive. we performed the 1st set with me running thru a DI box. the cabinet emulation on the Fatal Tube sounded incredibly natural. modelled to overdriven 80s Marshall amp, my guess :)
