mine was when doing arm wrestling.
Was on winning position when suddenly the situation reversed and my opponent win me easily. we both very shocked since it happened so fast. Then the next moment, we realized that my arm looked so awkward. Then I tried to lift my arm, and that's when I feel awful pain. and the rest is history....
