Your opinion on Yamaha guitars

I have a Yamaha Pacifica 112VCX. Made in Indonesia. Really like it, as in it's a good guitar, but thinking of trading it up for something more unique... Yamaha does have plenty of original designs, but yeah I think they're really dang expensive if bought from a Yamaha outlet in Singapore. My budget probably only allows MIC pieces, but I've heard complaints about MIC Yamahas so I think I'm probably going to try other brands.

But I still have lots of respect for Yamaha. I also have an F310 acoustic, by the way. Very nice-playing guitar for its price.

I managed to try one of the older Pacficas today, the 812W if i'm not wrong. Really awesome guitar, very affordable especially with all the premium hardware. Sperzel locking tuners, black tusq nut, wilki bridge(smooth as buttah) and SD pickups, it was really awesome! too bad they're out of production
