What we have here is a pair of Marshall 50th Anniversary 1W tube combos.
One is a JVM-1C. The other is a DSL1-C (JCM 2000).
I have been using them at home as left and right channels for a stereo setup, running my guitar into the front ends (split L/R by a Boss Harmonist) and my mod and delay effects in the effects loops of both amps. It creates a huge stereo image and you can still use the amp distortion if you want (both of these amps do high gain extremely well). If you are exploring a two amp setup then I think these are perfect. Would suit those who want to create big ambient soundscapes in 3 dimensions.
As for me, I have decided not to continue with stereo - there are just too many combinations and permutations and gear, it was taking up too much of my time, but if you need advice on pedals and setting up tips for stereo, I consider myself quite knowledgable in this subject now, so feel free to ask me.
Here’s a wiggly panorama pic of that setup.
Individually, they are just as cool. They have low wattage switch (1/10th watt) that allows you to get nice creamy power-tube tones at whisper volumes for home practice.
Both of them are in 10/10 mint condition and look as if they just came from the shop. They both have handsome dust covers (extras which cost $70 each) and the included foot switches. Both have all the documents/manuals and the Certificates of Authenticity. They are local voltage, bought from Davis last time.
Individual price is $730.
As a pair, $1400.
Price is fixed - sorry. The ‘pair' deal is the discount deal.
NO TRADES.
