hi there, need some help guys, i jst did a acoustic song and when its mixed as a wav file, there are no clippings, bt when i convert it to wav, there are lots of clippings.
Re: why do i get clippings when i convert to mp3 and nt in w
The clips might be digital clips. Check what sample rate and bit depth of ur wav file. Mp3 are usually encoded at 44.1khz @ 16 bit, similar to CD. If your wav file is high in SR or bit depth, they have to sample converted and trucated or dithered down before you do your conversion.
