Which wah pedal is a value for money???

the wizard isn't good for wakkawakka clean funk IMO, its a tad too 'dark' sounding. best for high gain stuff though. just in case anyone was wondering, haha.

A little off topic, but just wanted to share... i got a solution if the wah sounds too cutting, I usually a compressor after the wah to "tame" the sound. A Maxon optical comp in this case. This helps to tame the highs so that it dosen't sound too trebly. maybe an EQ pedal after the wah helps too, i guess.

hmm, your thoughts about the Wizard has made me reconsider my decision to mod my wah to RMC 2 specs.....but i tried it at my friend's place, it seemed quite a decent all-rounder, no complaints here.

Guitar connection has very weird brands.. but they work good.. some are better than the original like this funny ds-1 brand that sounds nicer than a normal ds-1 for 75 bucks.. should check it out

Yes, the Crybaby 95Q has an auto return bypass function...take your foot off and it bypasses automatically.

Some Morley Wahs and The Ibanez Weeping Demon have an auto-return as well. The Ibanez in my opinion is a very versatile wah, you can choose to activate the auto retracting spring or not. If off it functions like any normal Wah....you can take your foot off the wah and it stays in that particular filter position.

Jimi and SRV used a Vox wah, which you can get from Citymusic at 104. Will be getting one when the stocks come in.

FREEKILL9566: No problem....... i think you can try ebenex. They have alot of different wahs that you can try side by side to see what suits you.
