I don't see whats wrong with either 3 points you listed.
Seriously, if it feels and sounds good, those 3 points shouldn't really be the deciding factor in purchasing a guitar. What matters is how you feel about it after you've tried the guitars.
TS, please go try out the various guitars. Asking here without having experience with strats listed here is like buying a car in the dark, then after buying it taking the car out for the first test drive.
Go try as many out as you can, having a higher price doesn't mean its better for you. It may sound and feel better for others, but what matters is your own hands, ears and feeling towards the instrument.
