Where to custom make Heels

Yes. I know this is much of a "guy" forum. Just trying my luck.

I'm currently looking for shops in singapore, that custom make Ladies Heels. My friend's feet is too small for the normal sizes in the common stores.

Anyone?

when i read the topic, i thought you meant lady's heels then i thought, guitars have the heel at the back of the neck too. Hahaha. Anyway, cobblers make them don't they?

i heard some shops above the people's park food centre does it. got make dresses too.

Goodness. My friend finally found her heels.

Size 2, plus triple paddings... that's near to size 1. wow.
