where to buy floyd rose for stratocaster?

or you can place it like EVH. but you can only wham downwards.

Get the Gotoh if you are on a budget. Get the original floyd rose if you dun have a budget. I personally disagree with almost anything else..

you have to read up online which is the most stable FR bridge around. also, you have to consider the fact that different bridges have different "smooth-ness". installing FR might be fun but you have to change the nut and route the bridge area of the guitar which might turn out to be a little pricy if you add it all up. it is easier to buy a strat that is already equipped with FR.

Hi Bro, If you looking to whack the whammy bar back and forth with little mod, you may want to consider this. Less troublesome than FR. I'm using one but now the guitar is dismantled for refinishing so can't show you a demo. Have to order online though.

Is this the bridge John Petrucci's using on his Ernie Ball Musicman? Looks familiar..
i'm having the same problem, stuck bout putting floyd rose on a stratocaster..and im thinking this is a good solution rather than putting a floyd rose and causing a fortune!

May i noe how much u bought urs? Was it this year? Is it easy to install?

Not sure if this is the JP trem but I was searching for a floyd alternative earlier in the year and saw this. Got it for about US$130 before shipping. It could be cheaper now. Not sure.

Installed it on a new swamp ash body. Almost drop in fit. Just need to get the alignment right, drill three pilot holes, load the small parts and you're done.

A two point trem is also a good option I think. It is short of the fine tuners on floyds but I think it does the job just as well if you have good tuners installed.

Depends on what you're planning to play.

juz wondering, does ur tremking change the tone of ur guitar? my fren told me, strat has a certain bridge coz dat bridge gives the sound, like for example vintage tremolo bridge.

is the trem king really good. can you please post some pictures of trem king after you're done refinishing your guitar.

I personally won't install a locking nut on guitars not equipped with fine tuning bridges. It is a pain to tune up. Ifeel Good tuners are sufficient.

I do think the Gotoh is superior to the OFR.
