It's the same case with every poly. But if you travel down and check it out, the students there all know the habits of the guards and stuff. Not that i'm promoting smoking, i'm not, but people always manage to find a way.

In RP, they send security guards to catch smokers.

In the end, the smokers end up smoking together with the security guard.

They do. Usually they have a non-smoking radius around the school. For Tp it stretches out to the bus stops, the entire bedok reservoir, and the nearby HDB flats. But it's ridiculously since where are they gonna find that many guards to patrol the area?

That is just messed up, what the hell are they going to do if they find you smoking off site? I hate it when schools/colleges try to control your life outside of school, I recent fought my sixth form college about random drug tests (And WON, TAKE THAT F***ERS). I really hate my school .

That sucks man. Anyway, if they catch you, they sorta force you to produce your matric(identification) card, which they'll take away, record your damned name down. Get a warning letter or fine or something like that. Get caught more than twice and thats it. Prepared to have your ass kicked out of the school.

Thats basically what you get when a school wants to preserve their image as a good school. They won't give a flying f*** about whether you're 18 or above and legal to do whatever your age entitles you to.
