Where can I get a Mini Jack/Mini Plug?

Hey all,

I'm unsure where I should be posting this but I need some help. Pardon me if I have posted wrongly.

I would like to DIY my cable to a Mini Jack. Here are some examples of what I'm looking for,

May I ask where's Novelty?.

I went to a shop called Space Electronics. I got myself 2 mini plugs, 1m shrink tube and a USB converter. Lucky they were open, most of the shops were closed. I'll be working on my 'project' later on.

Unfortunately, my project didn't go so well. There was no sound coming out of my earphones and headphones. I guess the wires weren't properly insulated.

Sorry for sidetracking but do hardware shops have this cables?

Any ideas where I can get them?. I have good feeling I can still save my earphones and headphones when I get that cables.

for that kind of cable, just go get any rca cable from home fix etc, chop away the rca, you will have those cable. Heh, thats if you are really urgent to try out not and see whether your feeling is correct or not

I am done with my project and my headphones are saved!

A little tip,

Get the thinnest outer insulating layer of the RCA cable you can find. If not, it's difficult to fit in your mini plug.
