When should i record my band?

I like kerplunk182's suggestion. In my opinion, record a few demos first to see the response of the people. Making an EP when you're not there yet is pointless. So record a few demos, improve, make some band merch to raise cash and get more attention, then go to a studio for the EP. It all boils down to whether the crowd likes what you're playing really.

i just Gradu from NavalBase Secondry School..

plans are : Wanted to apeal to NAFA to get my Diaploma in Dance..but there's some problem here and there..so yeah..
