What was, is or you hope yr NS vocation wud be?

hahah.. i'm currently an ASA at M coy and this happened just recently.. some ppl saw someone or something walking on top of the roof of m coy at around 2300hrs after lights off.. all recruits were told to fall in and the sergeants checked the roof but found no one.. they said that the "someone" resembled a recruit.. the funny thing is that the roof is shaped diagonally so how can someone walk on it? surely will fall one...

man, all the stuff i hear is by word of mouth. and usually, it's usually a whole different version by the time it reaches me. the one i heard most recently was the "no night training on thursday" one. if it was real, THAT would be freaky.

anyone saw stuff during field camps? like stuff in the trees or in the bushes? (:

jeepers:

Saw stuff during field camp? only someone jerking off man.. and that was in bmt. year of '04. Was on guard duty. I assumed it was jerking off cause who shits and 'jerks' furiously la. Come on.

that guy went to OCS.

Did i alert him? hell no.. would be awkward for the 3 of us. (3 cause 2 ppl are suppose to do rounds. so 2 of us plus the wanker equals 3.haha)

---

Was infantry, bslc, etcuptheranksetcetc. storeman , pa, storeman in thailand, lobo for 2 months. then ord. Of couse i had to do intel after infantry while whatever. Long story.

PES A ALL THE WAY!!!! Was being pushed around for a reason (no, its nothing that i did.). But i blame mindef anyway.

The best times..er.. sorta best times. more of unforgettable times was in NS. Where else can u shoot live rounds, throw grenades, flash, hide in trees, leave ur buddies out in the nude, camping and learn about how dirty our goverment is man? Where else?

National Service is an experience. Don't dread it. Make full use of the time you have to do all you can do. Do the best in whatever u're suppose to do, be it lead a section or to chao keng to meet ur frnds for kopi. er.. not the chao keng part la.. pls do that if u're a clerk. haha.

Why downgrade? just let luck take over man.

jeepers - wah damm off man the wanker dude...

when I was in safti, one night after we got back after massive drinking session - we found out a lobo trainee from our company (we were permanent staff of E Coy) was cought blowing the batalion clerk in the showers ... caught by D.O some more...si beh chalat man!

the best vocation imo is MP (military police)

150 bucks combat allowance (now maybe more) and can act as though you are damn powerful. the best part is, you can stay out.

i repeat. pes a/b. combat allowance. stay out

if you like dogs maybe can play with the labradors at dog unit. really a useless dog can't do anything

OMG ur funny man ..play with dogs..I mean why use the word "play" man...I'm seriously laughing ..

I wanna be NDU OR RSAF

NS vocations ...

wah so many army, a handful of police but no CD NS-men. =(
I shall be the first!

I ord-ed in Feb this year.
Served as an Ambulance Medic at Sengkang Fire Station.
I saw lots and lots of interesting cases.
One of the more interesting ones was a person who was struck by lightning.
That case came up in the papers! Hehe.

My working hours were two 12hrs shifts and then two days off.

I havent got the reservist call up but my vocation is 33A Rescue Battalion, Medical Platoon.

~ Watcha gonna be?
~ Combat soldiers!

Man, I hated that BMT marching song! So hypocritical. But I loved the revised version below. It was honest and true to most recruit's heart.....

~ Watcha gonna be?
~ Clerk, cook, storeman!

WAS in ITI. Was in same camp as Someone's bf. hehe...

ORD LO. But ORD 1 day late. LOL! cool sia. Can see my men working and I going to ORD. THis is when they are doing Inpro. HUAHUA!

You know what, I hate people to group themselves in camp. No Bond one. No cohessions. Thats what I've been thru.

BMTC -> 3 SIR 'A' Coy 12th Mono rifleman -> ORD 10/11/08

Spent my whole NS life chiong sua, chiong mt biang, chiong 7 knolls, chiong taiwan's mountains... wah.. shag. Glad that's over ;) Lots of great memories in NS.
