Hi guys!

Read on some other forum about this interesting post, I'm gonna directly copy and paste the words used....Here goes....

Name a pedal that you bought with high hopes and bummed out when you plugged into it and heard it. I am talking about a pedal that may or may not have been purchased as a result of hype. A pedal that just plain SUCKED when stuck between your guitar and your amp. A pedal that made you ask yourself "How can anyone say that this pedal is great, it sounds like absolute CRAP! A lemon, a turd, a POS, something you would not throw out the window of your car because it would deface the highway- a pedal that (for you) had no redeeming value.

Or maybe just a pedal that didn't work for you no matter how hard you tried to work with it...

Mine would be..Hmm

Behringer EQ (H.C reviews were quite ok)Now I know its the best doorstop i'm ever gonna have.

Oh yeah, my pod XTlive.

Didnt like it at all..sounded distant and manufactured.....just my opinion thats all.Sold it off in less than a week.

lin6 uber metal.. it worked fine for a while, but it just got too irritating what with technical problems and the battery consumption rate...
useful paper weight though...

1995, ART floor programmable multi-fx - total digital circuit [ tone was thinner than a 0.08 gauge string ], i thought zoom was bad, this was the evil twin brother - money well spent down the drain :P

POD.

Bought it one day, sold it off the next.

I know some swear by POD tones but I could never get used to it, switching between pickups yields no difference in tonality, turning down my guitar's volume makes the tone go away...I hated it!

Never going digital again.

Christopher.

I think for guitars, it's sometimes some are good and bad, like the epi LP, i'm sure there are those out there made well, just that you got the bad one of the bunch ...

I didn't know POD XT is that bad? Not talking bout POD 2.0, but is XT really like that?

The POD XT - depends. Most of the time I can get great tone, sometimes not. Generally quite good, but need lots of patience to sort through the vast amount of sounds that are possible. also, recently been using it with headphones rather than through my amp, and this creates a whole new tonal spectrum. just need patience and a little luck
