Hi guys,
am currently using a macbook (intel) with 4gb ram and a sizable disk of 320gb, 7200rpm.
I've got two programs to use, Logic and Garageband.
But I use garageband most of the time.
Will record say, at most one or two instruments and vocals at the same time.
Looking at an interface at an affordable price point for decent recordings, nothing overly expensive, quality, im not looking for something really pristine, just enough for demos and laying down decent tracks.
Just picked up an SM57 to get back into the recording foray and am looking to pick up probably an SM58 for vocals.
USB or firewire is fine, as mentioned above, i need minimum two inputs?
when recording drums im using a roland vdrum kit, so i would be using that to line in. I believe that would be fine with most interfaces as well?
Thanks in advance for the recommendations!
