if you dont need that much delay... eg..1.5 seconds and above.. you can consider the visual sound H20 ... it comes with chorus as well ...

very nice delay pedal..chorus is very lush as well.

Ibanez DE-7 has the sounds of analog and digital. around 140 first hand at sweelee. I dunno how it fairs. i'm interested to get it
