Vocal booths/rooms for hire in Singapore?

Hi there!
I'm looking for a recording space to hire in Singapore. No gear or engineer required, literally just a dead space that I can bring gear into to record vocals (recording in a condo is nearly impossible!). Preferably a smaller room, but a vocal booth would also be fine.
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I am using a vicoustic flexiscreen lite, recording in my bedroom usually after 8pm - http://youtube.com/blueprintsg
(I recorded the kids in an untreated hdb bedroom. Just use the vocal shield)
Alternatively I've recorded vocals at jam studios on their low peak timings.

most of them very good leh, are they still in operation ?

No idea. www.blueprintstudios.org in operation though since 2002
Whether they have expanded overseas across the causeway/tanah merah ferry terminal or harbourfront I'm not sure. You will have to enquire individually because I only do potential clients (who can't meet my budget or schedule) a favour by recommending them that list. I've expanded into property and other biz than just audio/video/photo production myself, lots of $$$ to earn in SG not necessary to go overseas hehe. Happy cny to you over in UK!

Oh I assumed you were from Singapore expanded to London UK!

Oh, I just do what people do professionally for fun.I am all a self studying student, employee , freelance, biz and investor, just like many other Singaporeans here who balance personal life, passion (music!) and career

Earning money is a great hobby regardless of what you are doing, as long as one is happy.

Music and production can be more than a hobby if you go all out with a great service, product to clients and maintain good marketing relations. Similar with any other trades.
