Hi, anyone know where I can get the latest Vietnamese CDs? Is there a Vietnamese community hang-out in Singapore like how Luck Plaza is for the Filipino community here?

I went to vietnam as part of a school overseas Ed programme. It's a real sweet place. I'd wanna go back there soon. -nods.


As for a hnag-out place in Singapore, i can't help you there, sorry.

those ppl who hang out near excelsior? the damn smelly shopping centre. i think those are viets... right? :lol:

hehe, half of the guitar shops which we like to go, are actually within the building of excelsior...

and the area round there, peninsular plaza, peninsular shopping centre, excelsior, is sorta known as little burma/myanmar from last time. Almost most, if not all, people who gather round there, are from myanmar... Not vietnam.

Burmese are peace loving nice people. I like them!

imo, there isn't a huge vietnamese workforce here in singapore, unlike bangladeshis, PRCs, thais to form an enclave here.
