US and N Korea, war in future ?

Can't agree with this more. Those who aren't sure, read up or watch any documentary on North Korea, it makes viewers' blood boil at the monstrosity Kim Jung Il and his late father, the acclaimed 'Eternal President of the Republic' Kim Il Sung.

The US is one side, with pretty much the entire world (including Russia and China) on its side, and on the other side is just North Korea. I doubt it will be a world war, and I doubt the war will be a long one. It's like an elephant against an ant.
But it would really benefit everybody if that self-centered, power-crazed warmonger would just die and do everyone a favour. Short or long, people are gonna die if it comes to war. What to do? It takes all kinds to make a world. I certainly hope Kim's sons are different, but chances are, he's poisoned their minds already.

this is sooo gonna be in a history textbook in the future generation.
im studying about north korea.. and their whatever front.
then always got fight at the northern front.

I think obviously north korea will be wiped out. i mean its US. plus confirm alot of ppl have made alliances with US. unless north korea have some secret treaty with some other big power.

I don't think there'll be a war. If anything's to happen, the US might have N. Korea infiltrated and the key members of the government assasinated. The CIA's capable of anything and i doubt Obama's the kind to risk a war; what not with the global economic crisis and all. I think.

Well maybe a little exaggerated but then doesn't the US have nuclear weapons too? And they have a lot of land to devote to plants for building nuclear weapons. I think they have a very great advantage...
Another thought I must add, I've been thinking about this for a long time now. Would North Korea give up nuclear weapons if the US would practice what they preach and give up theirs? To be honest I really, really doubt so. From what NK appears to be, they appear to be a nation that cares shit about other nations, all they want is to be the most powerful and that way, use fear and intimidation to get what they want...

It isn't really an elephant vs an ant. Compare Iraq and North Korea. Other than the GW Bush factor, the only other reasonable factor is that Iraq couldn't hold the smallest candle next to the US nuclear capabilities.North Korea however seem to be adamant that they can take anyone on in a war.
Although it is pretty obvious their entire land would be devasted if it ever came to that, it is also very probable that they would cause the US or its allies serious damage too.
This, coupled with american citizens liking for humanitarian actions or basically anything that screams 'Peace, not war!!' might push any current reason for an attack on North Korea back. I hope North Korea does nothing stupid like attack South Korea

Yeah, hopefully. But I suspect that North Korea wouldn't hesitate to wage war on the South, and they would probably do so if the odds weren't stacked against them.
