I'm under 18 too and I was at Ronin's launch party too and AGE RESTRICTION IS REALLY A BITCH. Since when was maturity tied in with age? Doesn't mean that you think better when you're older.

Well this is quite true-that we may not exactly think better when we're older. But then again, we can't expect people to go around having chit chats with you, asking you for your opinions on affairs of the world before deciding if you're mature enough for a particular activity right? So I guess to play it safe, they just have all these age restrictions and all. I don't get why we're complaining about the most trivial stuffs man. Our time will come. Don't worry! =) I have 1yr and 6months left!

Regarding the PowerJam Event, I think the age limit is required for contract reasons. If not, might need a Guardian to sign the contract on your behalf.

if im not wrong u need to be 21 and over to sign a contract by yourself.
Under 21s are still considered minors in common law i think.

actually last time even children who are obviously very young, eg. pri school kids can buy jolly shandy, cos the effect of that 0.05% alcohol is negligible. However, that stupid ban on 17year olds and below began only this year, i think its senseless...
