I apologize to all on the lack of updates up till now.

Brian, the guy we are dealing with, has gone off on business presumably maybe even to music messe or something. I am currently exploring other shipping options since the cost of our order is pretty large as well as insurcance options as well.

I'm sure we wouldn't want our T-nos to get lost somewhere in transit or something like that.

All right guys. Here's the latest on the order.

Brian (universaljem.com) has replied to our enquiry with regards to the shipping and he quoted us 29.45USD for Global Priority Mail (USPS) and 87.91USD for Fedex. Both is insured for 1000USD. And here's the breakdown of the cost of each individual piece:

1 x tremol-no = 58.50USD
18 (from the people who have confirmed their address) tremol-no = 1053USD
18 x tremol-no + USPS = 1082.45USD
18 x tremol-no + Fedex = 1140.91USD
18 x tremol-no + USPS + GST (5%) = 1136.57USD
18 x tremol-no + Fedex + GST (5%) = 1197.96USD
1 x tremol-no + USPS + GST = 103SGD (using an exchange rate of 1.63)
1 x tremol-no + Fedex +GST = 108.50SGD

Since the order rather substantial, I think we should opt for Fedex shipping. I don't think we should take any chances with normal airmail. Fedex is both insured as well as tracked. It's only $5.50 more only for peace of mind and much faster shipping. So we're going FEDEX!

Therefore, here's how the whole money collection will go:

- Now till Tremol-no shipment date from Kevan (manufacturer) to his distributors: Save money/Put money aside for Tremol-no (in about 2-3 weeks)
- Once shipment date is confirmed
- Area IC collect money within a week
- End of that one week, Area IC transfer the money to me and I'll paypal Brian straight
- Wait 4 to 5 days and Tremol-no should be with me
- Tremol-no distribution will the discussed later upon reception

Ok. So people can you guys confirm again with your Area ICs through PM so that the post wouldn't be too clogged up. I'll do the west since I work there (although i stay in the East) but collection would be at NUS during thr daytime. Therefore if any of the "westerners" prefer a better collection location, please volunteer to be the IC. :wink: Area IC please update the list below accordingly with the confirmed buyers.

bluepowder - I stay at Upper East Coast so NUS is the most convenient for me. Either that or Clementi MRT after work. That's why I asked if anyone, aho stays in the west, is willing to volunteer to the the IC. It'll be much more convenient for all you guys. :) So how?
