eieio: True, they may be a boyband during their 1st phase but have you looked at the things they done during their 2nd phase (Revolver and beyond...) They are still considered a classic rock band in my book.

Excuse me? The Beatles are pretty much responsible for all modern pop culture music as we know it. They're legends my friend. I'm not so much of a beatles fan myself but i know as much to recognise their acheivements and contribution to all of our lives. Wanna know who your favorite bands were inspired by? It all boils down to them in almost every situation.
