well I came across this song on several HK band compliation CD
and I remember having a Chyna CD with the song in it.

what I recall is one of the writier of the song is Donald Ashley;
a popular session drummer and music arranger in the 80s. He
progressed to become a producer. His band Chyna is one comprising
of sessionist.

Have read the article from your link Bong -- it only said Chyna ( or it it Blue Jeans the group ? ) recorded the song cause it's in mandarin I am not certain when I read the write-up ?/ ? I do understand these groups did sing the song " Within You'll Remain " -- that's all my limited mandarin tells me !! hahah!

It doesn't say who wrote the song or the composer and I would like to ask Peter Han from Tokyo Square before I wclarify this once and for all! hha give me 1 to 2 days lah! Surely you have this amount of time to spare Bong! ?!
