eh.. if ur strat is set to dive only, your tuning would stay intact no matter how many strings break leh.. lol cos the springs would only pull the bridge inwards to the body, but since it's set to dive only, the bridge wouldn't move right..
But not everyone likes to play with 5 strings and the bridge flush on the body. Tried it before, didn't like it, was too tight for my taste.
And it won't work for all strat trems, because some have the arm bent too much and when set flush on the body. The trem arm actually scratches the body when not in use.
I think its a give and take situation, it will help some people, but it won't help others. Personally I don't use it because I don't break strings that often.
But if I had string breaking problems and would like to use 3 springs and have the bridge slightly floating so I can use the trem to its full potential. I would invest in the tremol-no at least. Considering there's no routing or whatsoever required.

-Lollar blondes with a lollar special in the bridge.
-Wrapped in nipple pink goodness and thinskin nitro
it has been gently reliced to give that worn in feel, but not abused (like my diy relic disaster)

1) sign up for membership with a tanning salon
2) wear only one of my earrings on the wrong side.
3) only buy clothes that are too tight
4) carry around a furry organiser with matching furry pen.
5) lip gloss
6) wear skinny jeans

Bro ... k-line is a custom strat builder not unlike malcom , bill nash etc... he orders the parts and assembles them to your specs.
but his relic touch and paint jobs are really top notch.
come on white strat... time for pink strat.
