when I was a recruit in 1985, I buggered my back during log PT - NEVER GOT DOWN GRADED - still Pes A fit but kena service side job - store....
even went back to reservist B4 as store side...never had 1 single guard duty etc... just my luck I guess..
IPPT was $$$ time for me... and reservist CTSS was betting den for "who score highest shots take the pool $$$.
I ONLY HATED BCTC
ROD / ORD / Reservist Unit close down liao LOH!
P.S. - Anyone wanna buy mint condt fullpack & accessories? :lol:

anyone knows what PES E will do during their BMT or their residential induction programme? and how long and stuffs like that?

Haha, I PES E! But couldn't escape Wallaby...
1st Day, bring your parents eat lunch together. After that say bye and go cut hair. Than lecture all the way. Light drills. PS always ask who excused this and that/who not feeling well cos all PES E batch. All scared of people fainting. Zero exercise. 2nd day was issued the No 3 uniform. Given a lot of time to change/slack. Mostly lectures/light drills/stoning. Still got area cleaning.
Last day! Eagerly wait for posting to see how far you have to traevl from home.

Anyone can tell me what does PES E stands for and in what case will you get them? Just curious, heh :wink:
2 more years before I get enlisted. And also, is it true that people who have flat foot wont serve the army? :?

I'm flat footed... got a PES B (before breaking my back) which is no difference from PES A lah...
I had a friend who has a very bad case of flat foot, he had like... a mass of flesh sticking out the side of 1 of his feet.... he got C9L1 when the Medical Officer saw it. It really hurt him a lot and he was disappointed that he couldn't carry on in BMT...

Well 4 those of u who need advise on how 2 tackle ur IPPT prob can PM me coz i use 2 handle IPPT stuff 4 NSmen. A load of em got charged n fine juz bcoz they dun bother to find out. Some think 1 day MC excuse them 4 da whole yr juz because they book 4 a test on a certain day n produce a 1 day mc.
