Permanent PES E means you ROD not ORD after 2 years. Excuse a lot of thing, confined to desk job/storeman if suay. Excuse life run.
If suay, you can stay on in Tekong to become a clerk there but still within working hours.

sala leh.. PES E = you're liable to be recalled for up to 5 yrs (after your ORD).. once 5 yrs is up.. you ROD and no more NS liabilities for you
