it's nearly two months now, still no reply to our threads.

yes, i know, we can call them if we got questions.

but, then, what's this forum for? just for sweelee to post announcements?

Actually if you look up, there's a line stating "Latest products and offers from Swee Lee", so yeah I guess its more for announcements.

We did have our own forum to mend previously but it's currently under major construction.
Soft.com has been doing us a big favour by helping us featuring what we have in store for the softies.
However, we normally comes in when there are Great News to share with you lots.
All these takes a little time to work out within our Marketing Committee.

MI, thanks for replying to this thread.

From the look of it, you had under-utilised your forum space here.

When we visit forums, we exchange info, we post questions, we hope for replies, and we share experiences. It's a good way of interaction and info sharing. Forum is public, so all can see, and all can post. A common topic will group all questions and answers together. When a thread's content is build up, a new visitor reading the thread will immediately get all the info he needs. If you stay on emails and phone calls, you're taxing on your staff's time and effort, to reply a common question, over and over again.

Since you are using this only as an announcement board, i shall not post any product enquiries here anymore. We now expect no reply to our questions on this forum.

btw, your own sweelee.com.sg forum is still down.

Also, just my own opinion, about your sweelee.com.sg forum: the black background, white lines, and red fonts combination is a strong contrast that is hard on the eyes. Go for a greener color scheme, it may help.
