The Ernie Ball Music Man Thread

I got street price from my dealers already. I just donno if I wanna pay so much for the tops. If some one wanna buy my AL now, I will order a BFR AL staright away.

You know, I hate to say it, but the JP6 is slowly becoming my least favourite guitar. It's the pickups and the neck. After the Silo 20th, I've not found any other guitar that's that versatile... The tones are just colourful. The JP6 feels dead next to it.

What's the neck on the AL like?

Sure... I have a number of friends that are waiting to pounce on a JP but is relunctant to order a new one due to the 6-month waiting period... Shoot me a PM if you do want to sell it :D

And BTW, since you have 2 20th... I'm very interested in either one if you do want to sell it in the future :D

But doesn't Sinamex already have some JPs in stock? That red one is nice!!!

Nope! I thought so too!

After like 2 weeks when I collected my BFR, I called them to ask of the other 2 standard JPs, Sinamex said they were sold... -_-
Anyway, they added that their JPs will always be sold within a month of arrival...

Like a Morse, or a Luke. C-shaped. Chunky enuff for to grip man, but JUST chunky enuff so you can too execute fast movement.

C Shaped??? Hmm... Lemme see that AL...

Hey dude, like what our AL-freak Mr Robberlinda always say, "GO THE AL!" C'mon - lets all order one BFR AL - funk funk and funk all da way!! (would I wanna pay so much for figured tops???? would you??)

I'd pay for a BFR... For sure... If it was anything like the 20ths.. Because, it's not just about the tops which suck badly...

But I'm talking about YOUR AL lah... lemme see. got pics?

Will post pics later brudder. Anyway just tell you lah, you have paid damn good price for your 20th man.. For that price, you cant buy a BFR AL, let alone one with piezo. You are payin for the top for the BFR, IMO. 20th is really a value for money, top quality all-round guitar to me (of cos I meant a fully loaded one.) However, if they decide to offer a rosewood option for the BFR, I will..

leecs: I have no idea who the hell is that :)

Whitey: I agree... I can't seem to accept any JPs that have a natty headstock...
Can't really agree on the playing though... Timing's off... :) But heck, that guy's just 16!
