im 23 and ive been a fan of atreyu since i was 19!! i noe its only a few yrs back but they are the first metalcore band i listened to. so they are like my saviours!!! if werent for them i might get stabbed in the back becoz of mistaken identity while clubbing!! so watching them play live in singapore means alot to me.

kse is big band we're talking about.
it would be killer if they'd come over but i guess we should still be contented with kick-arse bands coming here - SOTY and AILD.
as for you atreyu fans, i understand how you guys feel but dont be disheartened cause the other 2 bands would surely kick up a storm here! SOTY's known for their tight stage presence while AILD's for you metalcore headbanging freaks out there.
Trust me - better and wilder than singest! (well, if there's a huge turn out!) haha.

First MUCC and now Atreyu cannot make it. I think LAMC shld compensate the people whom have already bought their tixs becoz thats what they paid for in the first place. Either they refund or reduce the prices.
Its not right to say that just becoz LAMC is still bringing in AILD and SOTY we should be so grateful and be happy for it.
AILD + Atreyu + SOTY + MUCC = what we paid for.
AILD + SOTY +AVA = not what we (or at least I) want
The show was billed and priced accordingly so I think LAMC has a legal obligation here.
I for one will most probably not be going anymore. I was looking fwd to catching Atreyu coz I watched AILD "live" before. And letz not talk about AVA replacing MUCC. Personally I think its all wrong.

Many Softies here are mature and has a great understanding about the music business in general. Knowledge of equipment, to playing and also knowledge of the business itself....as in touring bands .....expectations and unforeseen problems that might arise.Millions of things fans do not see or know just to produce a show ....or even to produce an album.Bands , crew, promoters etc work very very hard to put up a show.I know many Softies are very well versed in the workings of the music industry and kudos to you guys, and to those who don't get it, you just don't get it.

"We sincerely regret to inform the amazing Singapore fans that due to circumstances outside their control Atreyu & MUCC cannot play the SINGAPORE ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK TASTE OF CHAOS show. However As I Lay Dying & Story of The Year are still coming and will be AMAZING and playing longer sets. Please go and support these great bands on Rockstar Taste of Chaos.
Atreyu & MUCC were counting on shows in between the UK and Tokyo to give the band the resources to play Singapore and have had to cancel their Singapore and Tokyo appearances. Unfortunately a promoter they were working with on the in between shows went out of business and this changed the scope of their international touring. Atreyu & MUCC will return as soon as they can."

Good things are worth the wait. Who knows, Atreyu will be playing solo concert next year for 2 hrs? hmmmm....
SOTY and As I Lay Dying is worth the ticket priced. IN fact, all international acts which came or coming down is worth the ticket's price.
HAHA. Unless you got the money to fly to catch them live which will cost more.
