well after so much complains and we still hasen see any reaction or any effort to change their work service how good is that?

people come in to voice their unhappiness over this company and the fact that it dont happen to only one customer i really hope they do reflect a bit. Or at least response to our concerns.

i remember i once asked if they could bring roland groovebox from overseas. i even stated them to quote me a price and my willinglness to wait for it. and they smug of my email. well i went directly to enquire too and they ask me to request via email and they wouldnt reply.
they could at least reply a sorry i dont bring in the goods right?

Hi, I'm in KL and I've been to bentley many times. The selection is ok but I don't think the prices differ that much. When you factor in all your travelling costs and time, and effort lugging back all the guitar stuff, it might not be worth it. Ocassionally, like sweelee, bentley does have a nice sale though.

I don't think anything we say or ask can really change things cos people still buy from them anyway.

i inquired via email few months ago for a epi sg custom 3pu model, they replied after 3 weeks i think, but they answered all my inquiries and gave me quotes and i had no problems

i dunno maybe its just that they arent that consistent

the thing that make me piss is that i enquire an electronic violin on woods violin at the same day i enquire with swee lee for the drum modules.

and woods violin being an oversea violin maker even replied me first with all my enquires answered!!! okay so that means i am local i don get that quality service? if i am local all the more i expect more efficient from them.

its like even if you do not bring in the stuff just say lar. i really have no words to say about their service and yep you ask for your custom guitar they replied after 3 weeks , and woods violin reply in one day. they aint that busy are they?!
