hey, I love the star wars PC games as well (jedi knights 2 is the best).

Some combos can be hard to execute though. I like force choke then throwing the saber to slice off the enemy. My friend likes easier (and cheap) tricks like pushing people off the edge of buildings. The dark side is the best (in the game). :twisted:

I'm looking forward to see the space battle in the beginning of the film.

I think the Emperor, if he was still alive during that period, would have just use his lightning on all the Yuzhan Vong... end of story..

As a fellow Drummer and as a fan of NJO series, I myself catch no balls when the first few novels came out...

I mean WHOA!!! 8O ..

Where got Alien so powderful one eh.. But as U read the novels without missing any title, u'll get a clearer picture.. Oh how I wish that George Lucas would made a movie out of the NJO series..

My request would be the old cast of Star Wars 4,5 and 6 be there since its very appropriate.. Luke, Princess Leia, Han Solo age would be about the actors age today.. Mmm... :roll:.. Who would be Mara Jade Jade Skywalker.. So pretty yet lethal.. I vote for Angelina Jolie.. Nah.. On second thought, Renne Russo would be better...

Ok, back to the post.. Yuzhan Vong.. Who and what are they??? Ok, in any point of time, if there is anybody out there who wishes to add in to this post, please do so.. I would love to gain knowledge as well..

For the first few novels of the NJO, the Vong are portrayed as another race of beings from a far away galaxy. They are described as a biomechanical beings, meaning that their spacecrafts are bioengineered. Not machine made. They regard the machines as abomination,blasphemies,etc. That is why their main intention is to annihilate the galaxy of human and other form of beings and establish it with their own..

Like the Third Reich something like dat ah..

When the Jedis confronted them, they had a shock bcos they could not sense these Vongs in the Force.. Hmm.. funny huh.. Its like fighting when U are blind..

If U were to read the final novel, "The Unifying Force", all these questions would be answered..

The saddest part for me would be the death of Chewbacca in "Vector Prime".. :smt089

yeah, the vong are sick... they have tatoos and what not all over their body. ugly! haha. and they got a cool weapon called the amphistaff... something like a living sword... it can grip and pull other weapons, if im not wrong :lol: and not to mention their funny organic spaceships. haha sorry too many spoilers.

all star wars fans gotta read the NJO series... a lot of shockers. shred5, is the series concluded in the unifying force?

maira jade as a character got depth... liv tyler ... IMHO all looks , substance wise / acting wise ... really CMI ... i mean look at armageddon and LORD of the rings...

anyone actually counted the number of lines she had throughout the RING triology ? defintely > 50 , mayb >30 . and for most part , all she did was to look pretty and sweet.

in armageddon all she did was to prance around in bra and panties in the first scene and cry when her dad was blown up by the asteroid and her boyfren nearly got blown up too

bottomline is , Liv tyler got the looks ( dunno how much of it is due to steven tyler ) but acting wise ? 8O
