Hi,
Just sharing about the problem I'm having wif my Laney LV200 65W combo amp.
I'm using the clean channel of my amp with distortion pedals.
When I stand right in front the amp...no matter what setting I set for my pedals, the sound came out wif lots of 'treble' and rather thin sounding. But when I stand slightly away (maybe moving to the right of the speaker), I noticed that the sound gets a bit 'warmer' with less treble.
Is this normal about the uniformity of the speaker sound?
I've tried the bigger ones ...Lanel lv300 ....it sounds good when u stand at a certain position but not when u're in front of the amp.
Any of u facing the same problem? I've tried Carvin Legacy and Marshall...the sound are quite uniform.
Maybe Randolf can explain this ? or Subversion?
