Hi,

If let said you are under a music publishing company. You wrote songs which will be send to record labels. And if record labels want to use your song as in someone album... Or any other usage...

Normally the music publishing company will earn some $ right?

Then how many percent will the writer get? I mean roughly?

Or just the royalty rate percentage?

I know this is might be stated on the contract terms too.

Please advise.
