yea, and the solos in it are SO very typical billy corgan man.

and i find it pretty cool that in their first concert with the new lineup, the pumpkins decide to play a b-side from Zeitgeist, their upcoming album which has even yet to be released. hahaha. heck, they even played a song off 'machina II'.

i heard, in their upcoming shows, they're gonna keep changing their setlist and even include a new song in each concert. a song which they're gonna come up with on the same day so that the fans can follow them through their creative process. freakin awesome!

To that guy saying Corgan isn't good on his own, he basically made every single album on his own la, like someone else said, Iha and D'arcy were just eye candy/touring-musicians for the most part.

Corgan is definitely confident of his abilities to write songs, but you can't blame him, because he IS good at writing songs.

Dude, cos Smashing Pumpkins IS a brand name... and the illusion of doing a band thing again does great things to the ego man... and at least the brand Smashing Pumpkins will soften the music buying peeps rather than The Billy Corgan Band(tm)(R)
