singing and playing is very easy as long as u "feel" the music u're playing..
it just comes naturally cuz its all good logical music... unless u're singing in some werido off-key and u're playing in another totally out-of-this-world scale in another off key, u'll do fine...
practising like hell helps too... qutie a cheater way of doing things but hey at least it gets things done...
advice: to feel the music... keep listening to it over and over again and voice out all the parts and instruments of the song... lyrics comes last as thats relatively the hardest part... maybe u could just use simple words or some made up latino vowel words when playing certain parts?
for me i just dig in by opening my mouth, start voicing some parts and playing the guitar... then after, practise with the lyrics which is the painful part... after that it should be all auto liao...
