Sg Idol's "Nong Nong Ago". Something is fishy here

After laughing at the 'nong' performance, I can't help but wonder if this is a staged buffoonery. Surely, even the most Ah Beng would be able to differentiate the l's from the n's and have no problems pronouncing long as long. Something is fishy here.

That was really hilarious...

Haha the first singapore idol thread, i wanted to make one but forgot. Anyway it was really hilarious, i laugh at those fools!! Muahaha

"when u sing high pitch, u must imagine u in a dark alley then there's a white ray shining in from a beanhole."

wadsup with that?

The one that really tickled me was when the self delusional cowboy came out of the audition room and Daniel Ong asked him, "What? They didn't like it?". So cruelly sarcastic and yet so funny.

i think daniel ong was juz trying 2 b nice... i mean, if u hav been dissapointed den i think e best thing another can do is 2 say some encouraging stuff 2 u rite? hahaha... but i didnt realli think his tone was dat sarcastic, but JUST mayb a little hint of it...

i actually think e most ridiculous act was e kungfu rapper...
wat was he holding??? a bottle cap opener??? O.o

Something that makes jingling sounds...and what was he thinking when he rapped in chinese...and c'mon, this is an english show not some place for chinese songs!

The guy who said something about singing and some white ray stuff...then the special effects...haha...damn funny...

messy hair girl lives in jurong east!!!!
haha. nong nong ago.
well, some people do grow up with difficulties to pronounce some words.
maybe his is the word "long".
my principal for example cant pronounce "A" properly. she pronounced it as "air". so, "you people must work hard to get "Air 1s".
so, yar... heh..

Yeah, and I have friends who substitute 'v' with 'w.'

Staged or not, it achieved its purpose, that is to entertain.

Daniel Ong's 'slang' seriously makes me cringe.

Thank you = Sank you :o

R = L

Banyak orang = Maya olang

W is indeed a double V, & not Double U  And in Deutsch & Hindi, W is their V. So sometimes when my cousin says "wow" it sounds like "vow" 8O
