SENDING PM's ON S.O.F.T

hey- this one is mainly for james.. hopefully you'll read this, i dunno how else to ask you-

how come sometimes when you send a person message it will send and other times it gets saved to the outbox and never sends?!.. i dont understand, is it cuase the recipients inbox is full or something.. or is it just my account being messes up :?

when you send a PM, if the other party reads it. it will appear in your Sent folder. if he never reads it, it will stay in your Outbox.

if the other party's Message box is full, he will not be able to receive PM.
