no no.. its not going to happen. there's no such thing as dont play guitar because of studies.

i dont study because of guitar. studies IS the distraction.

Studies come 1st. Always. Once ur done with studies, u have all the time in the world to play guitar. But working life may come into play as u grow older. Hehe.

1.5 weeks is ok I think. Just remember to tune up slowly when you re-string it later on, so the stress on the neck isn't drastic enough to cause excessive warping. Guitar necks are somewhat flexible, so it might warp a bit first, but it should return to the original straightness. Just don't change the string gauge or tuning.

he he he ... do not bother to loosen or remove the strings
ur neck may warp/bend... so when u install again ur new strings somehow u need to set the truss rod again :mrgreen: but setting the truss rod is easy lol
