Thanks all. I went to City and tried out the Vox DA5 and Spider III. The Vox won hands down. Brought it home and am really happy. The sound is better than expected for a little amp and low price.

i still vote for ibanez tone blaster ... its so warm and punchy .... i prefer the ibanez toneblaster rather than my old cube30 and vox...

personally in my own opinion only, the toneblaster is one of the worst solid state amps i have heard other than the fender frontman.

so its gotta do between the guitar and amps only .... not more than that ... i only hear that the sound is very good through my ibanez's tonezone pickups and Fred pickups .. dunno about other guitar ... :wink:
