PT Jr or PT2

Seen many people switching from PT2 to PT Jr.
Wanting to get one myself,
but i don't know which to get, with the marginal price difference.

To those who are switching, is it because of the weight of the pt2?

depends on what you have and what you are likely to buy.

I'm one of those migrating back from the PT2 to a PT JR. perviously.. I had a PT2 which was too small and then I got a large misse board.. then went to a PT JR, back to a PT2 and now back to a PT JR again.

I'm looking for a PT Jr because I've sold of most of my pedals after getting the axe fx. I'm only keeping a few and the PT2 is way too large for that few.

the weight of the PT2 isn't that bad. I've carried it together with my guitar on buses and trains frequently with no issue.

PT JR! Unless you really rely on that many efx, a JR is really big enough, I've seen guys squeeze up to 10 pedals on a jr. The weight of the frame of the PT2 is quite heavy as well, you'll find that it's a pain in the ass carrying it around, very inconvenient to carry it on buses or on the mrt. The Jr is alot more manageable because it's just slightly bigger than the size of a laptop bag. (If you want a JR I'm selling my right now:D, downsizing to a mini)

I know LOL,
jms selling pt2, you're selling junior.
Expected you guys to reply.

Maybe i'm lazy but honestly i feel even the pt jr is a hassle
haha i downsized my pt jr to a mini too :) currently housing 7 pedals

I myself use a Pt Jr, find the PT2 abit too big for my tastes :P. If i really wanted it big, i would get a Mr Misse or something?

Using PT2. It's fun to carry it on public transport.
They look at you like you have a bomb.
Indeed, da bomb.

You've never been stopped by those guys at the MRT who make "random" inspection spot checks? Calls you over and opens it up. Sees metal boxes with wires, knobs and LEDs... I was stuck there for a while.
