Pro Level In Singing Clips (KTV)

Hi all softies,

manage to discover this man singing clips on youtube. Sing with him once on an friendster ktv outing some months ago and got his number down for future singing. First heard his performance on singing contest final that my friend was on, he got first. And then the second time contest I was present as contestant too again with my same friend.

When asked, he said he wasn't under any form of vocal or under coach training before.

Hey his pretty good I say. I liked the Jacky Chueng song. Only thing is vibrato overkill sounds like chang ge tai on 7th month.

The Cao Ge song is really hard to sing and I think he did a commendable job attempting it. However, can hear abit of tension in the high notes and some words not pronounced properly. Hey I'm pretty sure thats already way better than me.

His natural range is high and his vibrato is good! Haha I envy these people with natural singing talents!

I'm very impressed with his tone! It sounds great and on all of his range too.

I thought his vibrato sounded quite natural for most of the Cao Ge song. Sometimes a bit overdone, but nowhere near as bad as getai vibrato. I only listened to that one song.

I agree he sounds strained at the top of his range, but his tone is still good despite that. And if it sounds good and doesn't hurt your voice, that's what really counts, even if the technique isn't "perfect".

i'll say yes his high notes are in stress, slightly off.. BUT still very nicely done! goosebumps!!
