Hmm.

It's available locally. I use it myself and it has 2000ma of power. Distributor claims that it better than onespot andwell I'm having no trouble with it powering up my 5 pedals of different brands.

coz currently im using 2 boss adaptors,
when i run a ch1, ps5, dd6 , wah, and littlebigmuff after playing for ard 5 mins, the adaptor auto shuts off. i tink its some safety mechanism. and for the next few seconds ard 30 the adaptor doesnt work. And i dont tink it exceeded in mA for the boss adaptor juz wanna be safe.
But after i change the little big muff to run with my other distortions it work fine. One thing i realize may be the cause of it was probrably a different type of daisy chain. coz i interconnect 2 daisy chains to form a long extension and the newly added daisy chain that i bought was most probrably a different brand.
There are just too many plugs that im using and i want to cut down the mess and wires. Juz wondering . .

Good call ....keep it simple , neat and tidy !!

Btw when a 'regulator overheats' due to high current draw - it does malfuction - thus causing intermittence !!

I think the above PS for $30 is a good deal !!!

yeh the funny thing is that i dont tink the current draw was more for the boss adaptor. with the proper connectors i can still power up dod peds rite? and also use my old daisy chains?
The Above PS seems a little large, compare to a one spot. im still dunno which to get.

currently with Boss PSA, i power four dirt pedal (low < 20 mA) and 5 modulation/delay type (~50 mA)

simple maths will give you total of 650ma ...... but Boss PSA asper label suppose to be 200mA ....no worries but theres kinda dullness in pedal tone and also gets pretty hot !!

Anyways, soon if time is kind i will DIy me own pwer supply !!

ahh.. i tink i will try to power everyting with a boss psa n see how again. who knows ah. but wont fry any pedals or blow up the adaptor rite? coz when mine auto cut off it wasnt hot at all.

How does it compare to a 1spot besides 300mA more than 1spot.
and size.

Hmm.

Well it's just a little bit smaller than the laptop adaptor you commonly see. Not like THAAAAT chunky, but I anchor it down with some velcro on my board, and keep it out of the way of any foot-stomping.

But comparing it with the onespot I daresay that the wires look more lasting.. not as skinny as the onespot cables.

Don't like the Boss PSA... noisy.

1Spot is fine but without isolated grounds, like you link up 14 pedals or something, you would probably get noise too.
