power supply help

hi guys, i think my radial 15v power supply just got spoilt. any idea where can i get a replacement one? any make will do, as long as it is of the the same specs.

psu specs:
input is 220-240v 50hz 78mA
output is 15v 0.4A

I'd try bringing it down to Sim Lim Tower, opposite Sim Lim Square. If you have yours with you, you can check out the size of the mounting holes and get a close match. The output voltage and current are the more important ones and should be marked on the trany's in the shops.
