Places for acoustic sets

I am just looking for a cafe or pubs that plays acoustic sets .. Not those loud loud kind of acoustic bands man .. Just tink of those nice nice very relaxing n cosy kind of settings .. If the food is good, den it is even better .. Basically can go there and chill and tok cock one .. Any recommendations huh ?

BarCelona... it's a wine bar at Robertson Walk and they have a pretty decent setup for ascoutic sets. It's just underneath the spiral staircase coming down from 2nd floor.

Old Brown Shoe in Bukit Timah every friday night and Victor Chen does his incredible acoustic blues thing on the last saturday of every month.....good pub food too, without a doubt the best fish and chips in Singapore cooked by local music legend Lee Kee and wrapped in newspaper for that English authenticity....

yeah homes , marine cove , have a like small small stage for acoustic sets all that . not to sure abt bordes :wink:

There's Blu at Shangri-la, very nice view somemore. can rot the night away. ha..ha..

there's also Hotel InterContinental (Bugis), the lounge got very nice band. all pro pro musicians.

Haha, now all the weird places are coming up .. i nv imagine marina cove or fish and co got such acoustic sets .. But i tink fish and co the food a bit suxs deh .. It is just fried stuff to me basically so kinda yucky .. Oh anyway wat time does the acoustic set starts and the duration of it ? Erm den wat kind of genre they play huh ?

Thanks for the props gkinsingapore! Victor here, do I know you? I haven't tried the fish and chips at OBS yet, just the BBQ whenever I play there. Lee Kee knows his blues and his meat, so it's at the top of my "must-try" list now heh.
