Project Ibanez RG

My latest project finally completed. An Ibanez RG4EX1 AANJ Body mated to an Ibanez RG350MDX Maple Neck wif accessories from Davis n StandardValue.

This baby finally came in on Friday:
Gibson CS-336...straight from the Custom Shop, a teenage version of ES-335, size of a Les Paul

Added a bigsby, a TUSQ nut, straploks and changed the knobs.

Ungauged: Thanks for the compliment The CS-336 tone is somewhat a cross between a Les Paul and a ES-335. Has the tightness and bass-response of a LP but with a tinge of 'woodiness' of an ES-335. Pot controls are really responsive and can dial in alot of useful tones, especially in middle position. A very full-bodied sounding guitar compared to my more trebly/middy Jaguar

Aero_91: Nah, Gibson Custom has long stopped taking one-off custom orders. My CS-336 is already a Custom Shop production model since 2001. I just bought the stock guitar and added my own bigsby and other stuff (hence you can see the original stoptail holes on the body *lol*) Price-wise, together with shipping using Vpost + GST is around 4.1K.
