Thanks for the encouraging words folks! its given me hours of fun and enjoyment and with the addition of the drums, i can finally break out of drum loops! heh.

midnight - hi bro, not too good with describing guitar sounds, but suffice to say i am very happy with it. its much lighter which i find great cos i hate the weight of the usual LP. the sound is a lot clearer and balanced. that said, i can't get the same chugga chugga tone as i did with my previous tokai LP. ah vell, am definitely liking it better tho.

spectator - hi dude, dun think i'll start another thread on it la but if you wanna know anything just PM me. its quite a simple setup really. perhaps what you can't see clearly is my rack unit which gives me all my guitar fx, its a TC M350. cheaps and goots! and the good ol' soundcard Echo MIA MIDI.

ungauged - 6 years ago i saw my friend's studio and said the same thing. well, it all started when i finally decided to sell my bicycle to fund a behringer mixer...the rest, as they say, is history.

the guitar lists for $650 @ swee lee, hope you are familiar with the disct rates

if you refer to the pic above, the Quadrails pickups do not feature any single coils in the mix so there's no single coil tones to be had here despite the guitar featuring a coil-split option, hence the limitations tone-wise.
