Hi chapter2,

I noticed that one of your teles has the bridge pup mounted to the body. I know it's not a 100% fair comparison cuz there is a trem involved, but how does the body mounted pickup sound as compared to a traditional bridge mounted pickup? Thanks!

Dats a custom tele bro..
it plays like a strat though..IMO the mounted pickup sounds more better than the traditional one..
i play with the trem a lot dats y i requested for one.it takes quite a while to build.
if possible,i might even try a tele with a floyd bridge...

one of my two guitars. =D

Well, so far only one of them dropped cos i never stick properly. but other 3 works perfectly fine. Usually the plastic protective layer will peel off after sometimes, which is not a major concern actually. So, you just have to make sure you are careful in sticking them. Removing them and sticking them back again will cause the inlay to not stick properly. But, they won't just peel off from playing so don't worry.

+1 for the inlay stickers. i've had mine on for more than a year and even the plastic layers have barely budged even after loads of string bending...

Here's my new guitar! Its a epiphone les paul tribute 2010, trans black in coulour! Btw anybody seen how much its selling for in any guitar shops? Wanna compare price..

good to know there are LP players out there who are bold enough to swap their default pickups for others which they prefer. respect!
