yep! i bought it 2nd hand and thought of relicing it since it's nitro finished..upgraded the pegs to staggered klusson and the saddles to gotoh like the one's found on suhr teles..i love the outcome!

i rubbed the pickguard with steel wool first then put some woodstain on it. be sure not to over-do it. apply only on possibble areas that rust might develop then rub it again with the steel wool.

It doesn't fulfill my needs as the polytune mode wouldn't work as im getting a 7 string in the near future. If it works for you why not.

Lolzz...i agree too by looking at the headstock..it looks like 'billy bombers' though i am no fan of their food.It's a les paul model under bill lawrence for the japan market during the crazy replica eras of greco,orville,burny etc...not much data could be retrieved maybe becos only limited numbers were made back then.
